Let’s meet at Temescal Gateway Park, 15601 Sunset Blvd, Pacific Palisades.  Located at the intersection of Sunset Blvd and Temescal Canyon.  This hike is popular and there will be a lot of people on the trial.  However, it is of moderate difficulty and not a casual hike.  You don’t need to be an athlete, but you need to be in reasonably good shape and stable on your feet.  We will be hiking up a ridge for a great view of the ocean and Pacific Palisades.  Most of the time we will be hiking either up or down hill.  At places the trail has steps, ruts, and lose surface gravel.  Wear hiking or running shoes.  We will be hiking a loop which should take close to 2 hours.  When you first enter the park, pull into the first parking area on the left, pay $12 for parking, park, and then meet back at the parking pay station.  RSVP before that day is important so I can look for you and inform you if the hike is canceled for weather or other reasons.  RSVP by texting Perry at 310-922-3422.  Feel free to call for more details.
