This month we are doing the old favorite of Coyote Cantina in Redondo Beach. This Southwestern restaurant has both your standard Mexican dishes and a couple of specialties, such as the Santa Fe Egg Rolls and my favorite, corn ravioli in a queso sauce. When we went there in May, we sat a post-Covid attendance record of twelve people for this event. Let’s see if we can beat this record now. (COASTAL)
